NURSING AT HOME

  • NURSING
    Trained experienced nurses are available for homecare. Services are available for short periods, 12 hours or even round the clock. Nurses are available for basic nursing as well as specialised care. Female and male nurses are available. Nursing attendants can also be provided.

  • VITAL SIGN MONITORING

    Vitals such as body temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate can be monitored by our nursing staff. Blood sugar can also be monitored as and when required.
    Portable ECG Can also be done by a qualified technician if required.

  • INJECTABLE MEDICATION
    Subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous injections or infusion can all be administered by our nursing staff. This service can be availed for a single injection and also for those given daily at regular intervals.

  • CANNULATION
    Our staff nurses can expertly insert cannulas for patients requiring long term intravenous medication.

  • RYLES TUBE INSERTION AND FEEDING
    A Ryle’s tube is inserted through the nose into the stomach expertly by a doctor or nurse. Local anaesthetic gel is applied for this procedure. Liquid diet and medication is given through this tube.

  • FOLEY’S CATHETERIZATION AND AFTER CARE
    Indwelling Foley’s catheterization can be done for male and female patients. Aseptic catheter insertion and after care minimises the risk of urinary tract infection.

  • ADULT VACCINATION
    Adult patients can be vaccinated for several diseases including H1NI, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Tetanus/ Diphtheria, Typhoid, Hepatitis A/B, Chicken pox, Flu, Meningococcus, Pneumococcus and Herpes zoster.

  • BACK AND BED SORE CARE
    Bed ridden patients can develop bed sores on their backs, heals and other pressure points over a period. They may be infected and painful. These require regular position change and timely care given by our staff.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Patients requiring Physiotherapy may have mobility issues or be post operative. General,specialized and chest therapy are also available.Hospital visits for physiotherapy are often traumatic. Sometimes requiring a long and uncomfortable commute to the hospital.This can further increase their discomfort. Home physiotherapy by our expert staff eliminates these issues.Physiotherapy are also available for less severe ailments.

NUTRITION AND DIET COUNSELLING

Patients are often unaware of recommended dietary intake. Our dietitians will recommend a diet tailor- made for the patient’s medical conditions. This is done in accordance with the clinicians guidance. This facility can be extended to the interested patient’s family members.Therapeutic diet,Convalescent diet,Weight reduction diet,DASH diet,Bone health diet,Geriatric diet,Gluten-free diet and many more can be customized.

Weekly/Monthly Dietary Plans for continuous care are also available.

DRESSING

  • SUTURE REMOVAL
    Post surgical stitches/ clips can be removed in the comfort of your home. This is done with complete asepsis and expertise minimising the risk of any infection. A dressing can be applied also if required.

  • WOUND/ SURGICAL DRESSING
    Dressing service is available for all wounds whether small or large. This service can be for basic, advanced or specialised dressings.

  • DIABETIC FOOT CARE
    Diabetic foot care can be done depending on the severity. The dressing staff is trained for debridement and dressing of the wound.

  • POP REMOVAL
    Plaster of Paris after fractures or a bone surgery can be expertly removed at home by our technicians.

  • CHEMOPORT FLUSHING/ CARE
    Cancer patients have a chemoport inserted after a minor surgical procedure by specialist doctors in the hospital. It needs to be maintained and flushed regularly at home to avoid blockage and infection.

  • PAIN MANAGEMENT
    Patients may be suffering from acute or chronic pain. Our highly experienced anaesthesia team can relieve their pain by injectable medication given at strategic points. Specialised medical equipment may also be used for pain relief.
